How admission works, start to finish
You should not have to ring a school to find out how to join it. Here is the whole process, how long each part takes, and what we need from you at each stage.
1. Enquiry
Same dayAsk us anything — by form, by WhatsApp, or on the phone. No account needed and nothing is committed. If we are not right for your child we will say so at this stage rather than the next one.
2. Application
15 minutesOne form: who your child is, where they are now, and what they need. You get a reference number by email immediately and we reply within two working days.
3. Assessment
About an hourA short online assessment in the core subjects, arranged at a time that suits you. It is not pass-or-fail — it tells us which year and which set your child belongs in, so nobody spends a term bored or lost.
4. Admission
Within a weekA written offer setting out the programme, the year, the subject combination and the fees in full. Nothing is deducted before you accept.
5. Orientation
One sessionYour child meets their class teacher and learns the platform. You get a separate parent session covering how to see their progress and who to contact when something is wrong.
6. Learning
From day oneTimetabled live lessons, marked work, termly reports, and exam practice from the first week rather than the last month.
What we will never do
- Take a payment before you have a written offer in your hand.
- Promise an examination result, a grade, or a university place.
- Claim an accreditation we cannot evidence. Ask us for it and we will show you exactly what we hold.
