1. Who we are and what this covers

Skaibot Hub is operated by Skaibot Hub Education Ltd, registered in Nigeria. These terms apply whenever you access the platform, whether you are a learner, an instructor, or an administrator acting for a school.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to them on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

One account belongs to one person. Sharing an account, or reselling access to paid material, is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension.

3. What you may and may not do

Use Skaibot Hub for learning and teaching. Do not use it to harm others or the service.

• Do not download, re-upload, resell or publicly redistribute course material without written permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the platform at scale, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, including in forum posts and assignments.
• Do not use the AI tutor to produce work you then submit as your own where that is prohibited by your school or examination body.

4. Instructor content

Instructors keep ownership of everything they upload and grant Skaibot Hub a non-exclusive licence to host, stream and promote it while their course is published.

Instructors are responsible for having the rights to everything they publish. We remove material on credible notice of infringement.

5. Payments and access

Prices are shown before you commit. Payments are submitted with proof and reviewed by our team; access opens once a payment is approved, and we will tell you if it is rejected and why.

Subscriptions run for the period purchased. We do not charge a card automatically — each renewal is a fresh payment you choose to make.

6. AI-generated content

The AI tutor is a study aid. It can be wrong, and it should not be treated as an authority on facts, grades, legal, medical or financial matters. Always verify anything that matters.

We do not guarantee any particular examination result. What the platform provides is preparation, not an outcome.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

You may close your account at any time. Certificates you have already earned remain verifiable.

8. Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect.
